E28A – Investor KITAS
The Investor KITAS is a long-term residence visa for foreign investors to live in and manage their local Indonesian companies, but it requires significant capital investment and strict compliance.
Who is this visa for?
Foreign investors wanting to invest in or establish a company (PT PMA) in Indonesia.

∙ 20-30 business days with standard service.
∙ 15 business days with priority service.

∙ 40 business days with standard service.

Validity
∙ The E28A visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue
With this visa, you can
Carry out activities related to business, investment, and company establishment.
Carry out activities related to tourism, and visit friends or family.
Conducting activities as a member of the board of directors or a member of the board of commissioners of the company in which you are investing.
Travel to and from Indonesia as long as your permit is valid.
Bring eligible members of your family.
With this visa, you cannot
Carry out activities related to manual labor or employment at other companies.
Conducting activities that are not managerial, such as technical or freelance work.
Stay in Indonesia after expiration or failing to report investment progress (LKPM).
Requirements
Passport validity
Passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months.
Recent photograph
A recent color portrait photograph of you.
Personal bank statement
Min. USD $2,000 covering the last 3 months (name, date, and balance).
Additional Requirements
∙ Company document PMA (Foreign Investment Company) company documents including stamp of the company, header and logo
∙ Evidence of share ownership Evidence of share ownership (min. Rp10,000,000,000.00)
∙ Company bank statement Company current account for the last 2 (two) months.\
